AAC recently secured Letter of Award from the project Main Contractor Larsen & Toubro Limited ( L & T ) to carryout the Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing & Commissiong for HVAC Works for the following 13 Nos. KAHRAMAA Substations:-

2) 132/11KV Aerospace City-2 Substation
3) 132/11KV Al Karaana Substation
4) 132/11KV Al Ruwais Substation
5) 132/11KV Al Zubarah Substation
6) 132/11KV Barzan Camp-1 (BC-1) Substation
7) 132/11KV Barzan Camp-2 (BC-2) Substation
8) 132/11KV Logistic Village Substation
9) 132/11KV Madinat Al Kabaan Substation
10) 132/11KV University South Substation
11) 132/33KV QP Halul Substation
12) 132/66/11KV Gharafa Substation
13) 220/132/66/11KV Doha Industrial Super Substation

It should be noted that AAC has significantly involved in almost all Phases of KAHRAMAA Substation projects, starting from Phase 5 and now until Phase 10, covering over 120 Nos. Substation projects over a decade.

AAC recently secured Subcontract from the project Main Contractor SEG Qatar to carryout the Mechanical ( HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage and Fire Fighting ) Works for Shemoukh Twin Towers of approx. 107,000 sq meter built-up area.

Twin Tower Complex consist of 2 Office Towers and Commercial Showrooms.  Tower - A consist of 3 Basements + 22 Floors and Tower – B consist of 3 Basements + 18 Floors.

At the time of AAC securing the Mechanical Subcontract ( Mid- November 2011 ), the Structural works on site for both Towers are almost complete.

The Client are Real Estate Service Group , Project Management are HILL International and the Consultant are EHAF Qatar

The Shell and Core (Phase -1 ) contract is scheduled for completion by end December 2012
