The Key responsibility includes handling efficiently all the procurement activities related to HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Electrical, ELV System, Spare parts, Consumables etc.
Responsibilities of Procurement Manager / Procurement Engineers ( Mechanical / Electrical / MEP ) includes:
(a) To procure equipment, materials & systems complying to project Quality and Specification requirements.
(b) To procure materials and subcontract in timely manner within approved budgeted cost.
(c) Prior to ordering, to check all ex-stock availability in central stores and sub stores.
(d) To ensure timely delivery of equipment, material & systems to support site installation works as per approved work program
(e) All procurement process should comply to management approved procedures and policies with respect to time, cost and quality.
(f) Prepare documentation for internal process as per ISO Standards.
(g) Excess materials from sites shall be returned back to central stores on monthly basis.
(h) Develop and maintain good relationship with suppliers and subcontractors.
(i) Maintain company reputation & credibility by fair dealings and prompt payment.
Mechanical/Electrical Engineer with minimum 5 years of experience in similar position.

Administration Manager is responsible for the complete management of Administration activities as under:1. Employee responsibilities includes co-ordination with H.O.D. of all Divisions of Group including maintaining employee records, Follow-up for employee vacation and settlements, administration of grievance procedures & discipline processes, supervising of other type of Administration work related to I.T.2. Liaise with government. 3. Administration of Grievance Procedure. (Related to workers)4 Overall supervision and complete administration of site office works5. Camp Administration including staff accommodation, housekeeping & pest control6. Fleet Administration - Overall supervision transport / garage activities, arrangement of vehicles for workers & staffOther Admin Activities related to MEP Contracting Company.
