Established in 1998, Our MEP contracting company M/s Arabian MEP Contracting W.L.L. (AAC) is the flagship company of the group. AAC is an ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007 certified Grade-A status electromechanical Company and is well-known in Qatar for engineering excellence, project completion dependability, quality of work and after-sales service. Over the years AAC has successfully completed over 1,000 projects of various size for diverse applications from simple fit-out works to complicated 5 Star luxury Hotels projects and International Airport Terminal Building.

In addition to AAC for MEP Contracting, for General Contracting, we have Al Malki Contracting, which undertakes Group's in-house real estate development civil projects

Trading:

Al Malki Trading Company represents YORK International ( JOHNSON CONTROLS ), USA, for Unitary Products that include entire HVAC products & systems.

Central Airconditioning & Trading Services represents many renowned companies like TACO, USA, for chilled water pumps, hydronic products; BLUE STAR, INDIA for central airconditioning equipments & systems, THERMOSCREEN, UK for Air curtains and SYSTEMAIR, GERMANY for ventilation fans, etc..

In addition to the above, we also have other trading establishments such as Integrated Technical Service ( ITS ), CREO Lighting and Qatari Resources Trading & Contracting.

Manufacturing:

Our CAT Duct Factory and Arabian Controls and Switchgear ( ACS ) Factory are one of the largest and state-of-art fabrication and assembly facility in Qatar.

CAT Duct Factory manufacture from raw materials such as galvanized steel, aluminium, stainless steel and mild steel, the products will include Standard Rectangular HVAC Ducts and Fittings, Special Traverse Joint TDF Ductwork for airtight requirements, Fire-rated Ducts to BS:476: Part 24: 1987, Volume Control Dampers, Fire Dampers, VAV Units, Air Filters, Access Doors, Plenum Boxes and Sand Trap Louvers.

ACS Factory is a KAHRAMAA approved Switchgear Panel assembly and testing facility for both ABB and SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC products.
