In response to Qatar’s impressive economic growth and on-going hectic construction boom, all our divisions underwent rapid expansion and did exceptionally well in capitalizing on the opportunity thereby increasing our market share.

While this is an exciting growth story, like any major contracting companies, we also faced a number of major challenges which we could successfully overcome by implementing various strategic decisions, Management technique including restructuring, outsourcing, establishing various Employee welfare programme, motivation scheme, in-house training centre etc.

The main reason behind our success is the competence and commitment of our Employees to the company.
